 The Erasmus+
Programme is a programme with brand new structure. It is now a single
integrated programme, bringing together 7 programmes that already existed
(Leonardo Da Vinci, Gundtvig, Comenius, etc…) into 1 coherent framework.

Key action 1 Mobility for VET Staff

Staff training

This activity
supports the professional development of VET staff in the form of a work
placement or a job shadowing/observation period abroad in an enterprise or any
other VET organisation

Duration of project: 1 or 2 years

Duration of activity: from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time

Individuals cannot apply directly for a grant. In the case of projects
presented by a National VET Consortium, all members of the Consortium must be
identified at application stage. A consortium must comprise at least 3 VET
organisations.

Apply only once per selection round, however a VET organisation may be
part of a coordinate several different consortia applying at the same time.

Mobility of Youth Workers (No age limits)

Supports the
professional development of youth workers. Training courses, participation of
youth workers in seminars, contact-making events, study visits, job shadowing
abroad.

Duration of activity: From 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.

Duration of project: 3 to 24 months

The activity
must take place in the country of one of the participating organisations.

Up to 50
participants in each planned activity.

Deadlines

  • 17th March: for projects starting
    between 17th June and 31st December
  • 30th April: for projects starting
    between 1st August and 28th February
  • 1st October: for projects starting
    between 1st January and 30th September

 

 

 

Funding rules

  • Travel- based on the travel distance
  • Organisational support- any cost
    directly linked to the implementation of mobility activities
  • Special needs support- additional
    costs directly linked to the participants with disabilities
  • Exceptional costs- e.g.. residence
    permits, vaccinations, visa-related costs. The request for this financial
    support must be motivated in the application form.

 

 

 

Key Action
2 Strategic Partnerships in the field
of Education, Training and Youth

  • Open to organisations active in the
    fields of education, training and youth to implement innovative practices
    leading to high quality training.
  • Activities that promote the
    development, testing and/or implementation of innovative practices in the field
    of education, training and youth.
  • May also organise training of
    individuals
  • Strategic partnerships are
    transnational
  • Minimum 3 organisations must be
    identified at application stage
  • If the partnership is in the field of
    youth, it may involve 2 organisations for a minimum of 2 programme countries

 

 

 

 

Duration of projects

  • Partnerships in the field of youth:
    between 6 months and 2 years
  • Other types of partnerships: 2 or 3
    years
  • Per deadline, the same consortium of
    partners can submit only 1 application to 1 National agency

  • 30th April at 12pm – for projects
    between 1st September and 28th February
  • 1st October at 12pm – for projects
    between 1st February and 30th September of the following year

 

 

Other types of Partnerships

  • 30th April – for projects starting as
    of 1st September 2014.

 

Registering an
organisation to participate

  • Get a login and
    password
  • Register in the
    EU Commission Authentication Service
  • Access the
    Participant Portal and register the organisation or group of young people
  • Upload the
    legal entity form and the Financial Identification Form

 

 

 

 

Once
the registration is complete, you will be given a 9-digit PIC Number (Unique
identifier)
