Lower your operating costs by investing in energy saving measures and renewable energy technologies.
Efficient use of energy has become a priority for the enterprises that want to ensure sustainability. Energy saving measures and renewable energy technologies can help the enterprises to:
- Lower energy costs
- Reduce the impact on the environment
- Make efficient use of natural resources
The ERDF Energy Grant Scheme is an opportunity for proactive businesses that are willing to invest in solutions that will help reduce the impact of energy costs on their business.
Benefits
Enterprises may be awarded a 50% refund on their approved projects. Costs may be claimed on investments in:

energy saving solutions such as intelligent lighting systems, solar heating, thermal insulation, build management systems and energy-saving lighting

alternative energy technologies such as solar power and wind power.
Application Process
The third call for applications under this scheme is currently open. One original bound and sealed Application Form and the supporting annexes must be deposited in the respective tender box at Malta Enterprise bearing the name of the call for proposals by Friday 26th March 2010 at noon.
